SMALL TOURS

I.1 - CITY – TOUR (3 hours)

- visit the Floating Docks;
- visit the Teatro Amazonas;
- visit the Indian Museum;
- visit the magnificent and luxurious buildings of the Rubber Boom;
- visit the INPA.
 

I.2 - PIRANHA FISHING AND ALLIGATOR FLASHING (4 hours)

- leave at 4:00 p.m. from the Floating Docks with a motorized canoe for Janauary Ecological Park (see map, A);
- Piranha Fishing on a Janauary lake;
- canoe ride on the Igarapés;
- bird watching at sunset;
- Alligator Flashing after dark.
 

I.3 - MEETING OF THE WATERS TOUR (6 hours)

- leave at 9:00 a.m. from the Floating Docks in a regional boat;
- set out for the Meeting of the Waters;
- see the dolphins (Botos);
- continue on to Janauary Ecological Park (see map, A);
- visit the giant Water Lilies;
- visit the Indian handicraft exposition;
- have lunch;
- canoe trip on the Igarapés;
- return to Manaus at 3:00 p.m.
 

I.4 - MEETING OF THE WATER TOUR WITH PIRANHA FISHING AND ALLIGATOR FLASHING (8 hours)

- leave at 12:00 p.m. from the Floating Docks with a motorized canoe;
- set out for the Meeting of the Waters;
- see the dolphins (Botos);
- continue on to Janauary Ecological Park (see map, A);
- Piranha Fishing on a Janauary lake;
- birdwatching at sunset;
- Alligator Flashing after dark;
- return to Manaus at 8:00 p.m.
 

I.5 - TOUR TUCUXI I (11 hours)

- leave at 9:00 a.m. from the Floating Docks with a motorized canoe;
- set out for the Meeting of the Waters;
- see the dolphins (Botos);
- travel up an Igarapé called Xiboreninha (see map, B), to a Caboclo house;
- have lunch;
- Piranha Fishing in a non-motorized canoe;
- have dinner;
- Alligator Flashing after dark;
- return to Manaus at 8:00 p.m.
 

I.6 – TOUR TUCUXI II (12 hours)

- leave at 9:00 a.m. from the Floating Docks with a regional boat;
- set out for the Meeting of the Waters;
- see the dolphins (Botos);
- continue on to Janauary Ecological Park (see map, A);
- visit to the giant Water Lilies;
- visit the Indian handicraft exposition;
- have lunch on board;
- Piranha Fishing with motorized canoe;
- have dinner on board;
- Alligator Flashing after dark;
- return to Manaus at 9:00 p.m.
